INSPECTION PROCESS
1. Inspection of incoming material
Also called incoming inspection. It consists of checking and verifying all raw materials (chemicals, resins, plasticizers, pigments, substances, etc.) purchased. Our quality team then checks all incoming raw materials thoroughly and ensures that they are in order for further processing. If the raw material does not meet our standards, it will be rejected and sent back to the supplier. We have a fully equipped laboratory for testing and checking the incoming material, consisting of devices such as Brookfield Viscometers, Hydrometers, Grindometers, Karl Fischer Titrometers, Coater- Laboratory, bar coater, ovens, fabric yarn counters, tensile tester, etc.

2. Online Inspection
The online inspection consists of reviewing and approving the first part according to customer specifications and our internal specifications during production. It is an important step in ensuring that the raw material is adequate according to internal and external specifications. Colour, feel, weight, thickness, finish and all other mandatory requirements are verified before proceeding with further production. Tensile Tester, Vessel Gauge, Spectrophotometer, Bend Tester, Abrasion Tester, Thickness Gauge, Scales are some of the devices this laboratory uses for the control process.

3. Inspection of running production material
In-process inspection and control consist of setting, verifying, and monitoring all predefined process parameters during the production for each type of product, and documenting the same in the system. We have quality assurance methods like mistake or error-proofing systems in automatic temperature controls, Beta gauge, an alarming light system for detection, display of set readings on all coating heads apart from continuous checks of thickness, width and weight throughout the process. We have a perfect control system in all coating heads to increase or decrease the weight, thickness, speed and width during production.

4. Inspection of production process
The work of inspection is done while the production process is simultaneously going on, by controlling the process of production with predefined process parameters. Inspection is done at various work centres of men and machines and at critical production points. This has the advantage of preventing wastage of time and money on defective output and preventing further delays in production.

5. Inspection of Finished Goods
This is the last stage when the finished material is inspected by an experienced and trained technical team. This step consists of the various visual and physical testing procedure against our predefined specification and standard parameters to achieve the best output of our production to get customer satisfaction. Every lot is verified for physical parameters and whole material is verified for a visual appearance on inspection machines by an experienced team and last-minute tests are carried out before marketing to see that approved product gets dispatched to our customer(s) and defective/poor quality product gets rejected.
