Human Rights Policy Statement
At HR Polycoats Private Limited ("H.R. Polycoats"), we are committed to upholding and promoting human rights across all our operations and business relationships. As a responsible manufacturer of synthetic leather and technical textiles in India, we recognize our role in fostering ethical, inclusive, and fair working environments for our employees and partners.
This policy is based on Indian labor legislation—including the Factories Act, 1948, Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, and other applicable laws—along with global frameworks such as the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Conventions.
Scope and Applicability
This policy applies to all full-time, part-time, temporary, and contractual employees of HR Polycoats Private Limited. We also expect our suppliers, vendors, and all stakeholders to operate in accordance with these principles.
Our Commitments
1. Prohibition of Child and Forced Labour

We strictly prohibit the use of child labor in any part of our operations and follow the age regulations outlined in Indian law.

We do not tolerate forced, bonded, or involuntary labor. All employment at H.R. Polycoats is based on free choice and lawful contract.

6. Working Hours and Wages

Working hours, overtime, and rest breaks are regulated as per the Factories Act and Shops & Establishment Acts.

All employees are paid at least the applicable minimum wage and receive timely payments, including legally mandated bonuses and benefits including Provident Fund.

8. Supplier and Partner Expectations

We expect our suppliers and partners to adhere to similar human rights and labor practices.

This policy is approved by senior management and communicated to all staff.
